Rule 4
Work, Duties and Powers of the Commission
The work, duties and powers of the Commission shall be as follows:
(a) Recommending permanent appointment and promotion of teachers,
(A1) To give a teaching permit to a person who wants to teach in a school,
(A2) Determining the course of the examination to be taken for the teaching permit and doing the work related to the examination,
(b) To make suggestions to the Ministry regarding the service, conditions and facilities of teachers,
(c) To determine the syllabus of the examination to be taken for the appointment and promotion of teachers and to perform other tasks related to the examination,
(C1) Dispose of examination documents after one year of publication of results, except in case of complaint (d) Inspecting and examining as necessary the work to be done by the Commission in accordance with the Act or this regulation.
